Cyclenix was well represented with 12 riders taking part, preferring the less crowded off-road route, and riding together as a Group throughout.
This year saw some slight changes to the familiar course of past years, and perhaps even a little easier - not that the old course could, by any strength of the imagination, be classified as difficult!!
But this is an annual events where the ride itself, however enjoyable and relaxing, takes second place to what makes this event so special in so many ways.
To see those who are physical or mentally (or both) challenged participating in the best way that they can, as well as those special people who assist in making it possible for them to do so, is indeed a humbling experience. Yes - it's an easy course, but only because we who have the good fortune to be able to make that classification!
A big THANK YOU to Michal who, as in previous years, promoted this charity event amongst "Cyclenixers", registered on our behalf, collected our money, paid it over, collected anddistributed our Etgarim goodies, told us how and when to get there, answered our questions, and organized our "Landwer Afula" get-together after the ride.
Let's have 24 Cyclenixers participating next year!
