An Important Message

To all Cyclenix members
Throughout the years that Cyclenix has been riding together, the group has always been organized by the same members. While most riders pitch up to enjoy the weekly ride, a lot of effort was put into each ride taking a lot of factors into consideration. From the weekly choices of location, weather conditions, difficulty etc., to making sure everyone is up to date on all the information necessary.
Though each rider is responsible for themselves, the work process does come with a feeling of responsibility about the wellbeing of each and every rider. All work that has been put in by anyone of the organizers has always been done out of their own good will and full heartedly.
With all this said, we would like to see more riders taking on themselves more active roles. Obviously with a large group we will still need to have our main organizers, who have taken it upon themselves till now, to stay in the role of “management” to make decisions when necessary.
We would like more people to take on active roles in leading rides, being the sweep and suggesting riding routes, whether home patch or away rides. In addition, we feel that we should see more willingness in regards to writing a weekly ride report.

לכל חברי סייקלניקס
במהלך השנים בהן הקבוצה רכבה, תמיד הארגון נעשה על ידי אותם חברי הקבוצה בזמן שרוב החברים רק מגיעים לרכיבות בכיף, הרבה מאמצים ושיקולים נכנסו לכל רכיבה.
החל משיקולים שבועיים כגון מיקום,מזג אוויר, תנאי דרך, קושי וכו׳ ועד לדאגה שכל רוכב מעודכן במידע הנדרש. למרות שכל רוכב אחראי על עצמו, העבודה שמאחורי הקלעים מלווה בדאגה אמיתית ותחושת אחראיות לכל רוכב ורוכבת. כל הנעשה על ידי המארגנים תמיד נעשה בלב שלם וברצון לעזור ולתת ותמיד בתחושה טובה וחיובית.
עם כל הנאמר לעיל, היינו רוצים לראות יותר רוכבים לוקחים על עצמם תפקידים פעילים בקבוצה. ברור שבקבוצה כל כך גדולה, ה״מארגנים הקבועים״ חייבים לקחת על עצמם את קבלת ההחלטות כשנדרש.
אנחנו רוצים לראות יותר רוכבים מתנדבים להוביל רכיבות, להתנדב להיות המאסף וכמו כן להציע הצעות לרכיבות מגוונות, הן מקומיות והן מרוחקות. בנוסף, אנחנו רוצים לראות יותר היענות חיובית בעניין כתיבת דוח הרכיבה השבועית.
